TransGrid Selects the BravoSolution APAC Platform to Support Supplier Performance Management

TransGrid will use the platform to assist in managing suppliers through performance monitoring, assessment and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.

In using the platform, the following objectives of TransGrid will be met:

• The delivery of an improved supplier performance recording process, capturing consistent performance data to assist in the management of suppliers and to inform future procurement, evaluation and negotiation strategies
• The delivery of an improved methodology for assessing performance against agreed KPIs and a system that provides visibility of supplier performance for all of TransGrid's contract types
• Improved reporting on supplier performance to support strategic procurement initiatives and assist Supplier performance and relationship management
