Travelport Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering of Common Shares
ATLANTA, June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Travelport Worldwide Limited ("Travelport") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Travelport intends to use the net proceeds from an offering to reduce the Company's outstanding indebtedness.
