Twitter, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, BT, Visa and BSkyB Lined up to Speak at Internet World 2013

The UK's largest and longest-running dedicated annual showcase for digital business, Internet World has this week announced its full Keynote line-up for the 2013 show, taking place from 23rd-25th April at London's Earls Court 2.
Internet World 2013's Arena Keynote Programme will feature strategic insights from over 20 of the world's most successful digital pioneers, with highlights that include:
On Tuesday 23rd April Dara Nasr, Head of Agency Sales, UK, Twitter, will be opening the show with an exclusive keynote on how brands have used Twitter to successfully push their campaigns faster and further over the past 12 months. Internet World favourite, David Coplin, Chief Envisioning Officer at Microsoft follows later that day, explaining how we should be embracing the technology we use every day as a consumer into our work lives, in 'Business Re-imagined'.
On Wednesday 24th April, Ed Couchman from Facebook will discuss how to build essential and meaningful relationships in business while Nicola J Millard, Customer Experience Futurologist at BT Global Services, will share her experience on responding to your customer's social media communication in 'Serving the Social Customer: How to look good on the dance floor'.
On Thursday 25th April, Internet World closes with a further six Keynote sessions including Tom Woolias, Retail Industry Head at Google on how businesses should be exploiting the opportunities the boom in mobile has created. This is shortly followed by 'The end-to-end online customer sales experience' delivered by Mark Nicholson, Director of Self Service - Digital Customer Experience & Engagement at BSkyB. This session will delve into how using display, search, social, email, e-commerce and web channels can significantly improve integration and ROI.
