With Surveyor 6, Verdiem takes energy management well beyond PCs and Macs to monitor and manage energy consumption and utilisation across a broad range of network connected IT devices including IP phones, power distribution units (PDUs), and other network-connected devices.

Surveyor 6 leverages the power of Cisco EnergyWise - as well as business intelligence analytics from Information Builders. Within a typical organisation, IT is the second largest consumer of energy at 25 percent of total energy consumption - 50 percent being consumed by PCs, Macs, monitors and network-connected devices.
