VETEK GC has finalized the deal on purchase of "All-Ukrainian Industrial Union" ("Vseukrainsky Promyshlenny Soyuz") LLC, the company which owns Kherson Oil Transshipment Complex.

The Kherson Oil Transshipment Complex includes an oil terminal and a storage depot.
The oil terminal is a complex including storage reservoirs for crude oil and oil products, pump stations, treatment facilities, and wharves. The terminal currently has 7 operational reservoirs for light petroleum products as well as a truck loading rack. Two wharves allow the Complex to receive ships with cargo capacity up to 10,000 tons. Petroleum product loading speed is 450-500 cubic meters per hour.
The storage depot has two one-way rail car loading racks for simultaneous loading/unloading of light petroleum products, a tank farm for light petroleum products, and a truck loading rack with daily capacity up to 2x500 tons of petroleum products per workday.
