The event is again being hosted by the Department of Livestock Production, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD). It is also supported by leading companies in the industry. The opening ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Mr. Diep Kinh Tan, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) together with Dr. Hoang Kim Giao, Director General of Department of Livestock Production,(MARD).  With such prestigious backing VIETSTOCK 2012 Expo & Forum is an ideal marketing channel in which industry players can leverage their business.
