Both companies already provide solutions based on Vocollect Voice, the world's leading solution for voice-directed work; with Voiteq having the world's largest number of Vocollect certified voice professionals. The merged organisation will be one of the largest and most experienced voice providers in Europe.
David Stanhope, CEO of Voiteq commented, "We're delighted to be joining forces with Teknix, they have a very talented team and are growing rapidly in the strategically important French market. Their solutions are very complementary to ours and we will be well positioned to add increased value to all our customers. This represents an ideal opportunity for Voiteq to open its first office in mainland Europe and we believe that together we can grow even faster over the coming years."
Rémy Meulins, managing director of Teknix stated, "There are many opportunities to expand our business within France and we believe that merging with a larger, highly experienced, voice provider will help us to maximise those opportunities."
Both companies can now offer their customers a broader set of proven voice solutions. Teknix' TDC 'Screen-to-Voice' software enables organisations using screen-based mobile devices to rapidly and easily add Voice to their operations. Voiteq's VoiceMan intelligent execution system offers customers advanced, optimised voice-directed warehouse processes and analytics to maximise the business benefit available from Voice.
"Voiteq has already shown that they can grow a voice business quickly and the merger gives us access to their solutions, resources and experience; consolidating our position as one of the leading voice providers in France. This will help us to provide even better solutions, service and support to our customers and will enable us to bring the benefits of Voice to more markets and organisations," Meulins added.
