Waterman Strengthens its Transportation Team
LONDON, April 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
Waterman Group is pleased to confirm that Steve Katesmark has been appointed to take a leading role in the company's transportation division. Steve will be based in London with the objective to develop the London and Southern markets. Before joining Waterman, Steve was Senior Technical Leader at Atkins where he oversaw the London transportation team.
Neil Humphrey, COO of Infrastructure & Environment, commented: "We are delighted to have Steve aboard. He brings with him a wealth of experience encompassing all aspects of transport planning, working with both private and public sector clients to identify cost-effective and compliant solutions to complex transportation issues. This level of expertise is what our clients have come to expect from our transport planning service, and associated pre-planning specialisms including EIA and flood risk. We have ambitious growth plans for these service lines, and Steve's appointment is one of the first elements of our investment strategy in this area."
Steve has more than 25 years of experience having led large cross-disciplinary project teams and effectively managed the interface between the private and public sectors on high profile development and infrastructure projects such as High Speed 2, The Shard and Emirates Stadium.
