NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- White & Case LLP has promoted 40 lawyers around the world to its partnership. The promotions are effective January 1, 2017 and represent 11 of the Firm's global practices in 17 locations.

- Raymond Azar has been named a partner in our Global Project Finance Practice. Based in New York, he focuses on international corporate and commercial transactions, including asset-based structured financings and related capital markets transactions in the oil and gas, petrochemical and power sectors.
- Heather Burke has been named a partner in our Global Antitrust Practice. Based in Silicon Valley, she focuses on complex commercial litigation and counseling in antitrust, intellectual property, class actions and trade regulation.
- Michael Deyong has been named a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based in New York, Michael represents clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, sales, spinoffs and going-private transactions, with particular experience in public company M&A in the healthcare and telecommunications industries.
