WISeKey Appoints Francois Barrault to its Advisory Board With the Objective to Further Expand the Company's International Reach and Growth

GENEVA, February 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WISeKey announces the appointment of François Barrault as an Advisory Board member. The board, chaired by Carlos Moreira, WISeKey founder and CEO, provides advice to company senior management regarding matters of strategic business development and future revenue growth.

François Barrault is an international business man and entrepreneur with a strong background in M&A and enterprise value creation. He was CEO of BT Global Services and president of BT International from 2004 to 2008. François was a member of the BT Group Board and Operating Committee. Previously, he was President and CEO of Lucent Technologies EMEA and held senior positions in Ascend Communications, Stratus Computer, Computervision and IBM. Currently he is Chairman and Founder of FDB Partners, an investment and consulting firm in Telecommunications, IT, renewable energy and publishing. He is Non-Executive Director of eServGlobal, Windeo SA, Alpha Networks, les Edition du Privileges, the New York Forum Institute and NovaSparks. He is also special Advisor to IJ Partners, Tactem, Mastek, ACE Fund, Ariadne Capital, HIG Capital, Studio Moderna and Recipco.
