SEGULA Technologies, worldwide engineering group, announces the acquisition of Technicon Design, a specialist supplier of design recruitment and studio services in the automotive industry worldwide, covering the areas of creative design, design modelling, visualisation and specialist recruitment.

Technicon employs 400 people worldwide, mainly in the United States, Germany, Sweden, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands and China. All of these employees join the Segula Technologies group.
This transaction is an important step in the expansion of Segula Technologies in Germany and in the United States, where the Group has already acquired Griswold (automotive engineering) in 2016, as well as Eicher Engineering Solutions Inc. (engineering solutions and design & analysis for the automotive industry) and ATI (multi-sector engineering solutions) in 2017.
