WizIQ redesigned its Help Center on the website to make it easier for WizIQ users to get their platform-related queries answered and get additional information on using the platform. The redesigned Help Center includes new layout, design and content. These changes have improved navigation and information exchange between WizIQ and users.

What's interesting about the new design is that it is simple and clutter-free, allowing users to easily search for relevant information. The homepage features Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) categorized by topic. Each FAQ is accompanied with a list of questions on the related topics, which are displayed on the same page. Users also have an option of giving feedback on individual FAQs.
The homepage features an orientation course for teachers consisting of short videos to get them acquainted with all the WizIQ features. In addition, there are downloadable user guides to help the users get started on the platform.
The most significant addition to the new Help Center is the Support Forum and Ideas and Suggestions forum. The Support Forum is handled by WizIQ's highly-trained, in-house support staff that responds to any platform-related queries of the users.
Ideas and Suggestions forum enables users to share their ideas and suggestions on improving the platform and request for a new feature. It also allows users to like the ideas/suggestions posted by other users and comment on them. This forum is handled by the WizIQ Product Management Team that responds to these ideas and suggestions. Users can track the status of their ideas/suggestions which are considered for implementation based on their relevance.
Users can start a new discussion in any of these forums. There is also an Announcement section that lists the latest updates from WizIQ, keeping the users informed at all times.
