PLANO, Texas, Jan. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- WorldVentures is aware that additional statements have been released in both the South Africa media and online blogs regarding an investigation and action by the National Consumer Commission (NCC). It should be repeated, as in previous communications to the media that WorldVentures has not yet received any formal communication or notice from the NCC nor any other regulating authority regarding allegations of an investigation into the legality of the WorldVentures model in South Africa.  

We have provided all of our marketing and legal documentation and details of its operating and business model to senior legal counsel in South Africa and obtained a positive written legal opinion on the legality of our program as it operates in that market. We feel confident that if the Commission does reach out to us at any time we will be able to demonstrate the validity and legality of our program.
