Yapital and AXA Assistance Offer Yapital Users Comprehensive Free Insurance Cover When Shopping With Yapital
LUXEMBOURG, March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
Full protection when purchasing with Yapital thanks to the strategic partnership between Yapital and AXA Assistance
With Yapital, making payments is easy, fast and intuitive, and in the near future even more secure. Working together with AXA Assistance Germany and the risk carrier Inter Partner Assistance, Yapital will offer its users soon comprehensive insurance coverage when shopping with Yapital - completely free of charge.
Goods paid for with Yapital are generally protected against theft and accidental damage for a period of 30 days. Yapital users therefore have a general right to a refund of the purchase price in the event of a claim. Alternatively, the insurer can also arrange for the insured goods to be repaired or replaced. Yapital shopping protection is even applicable should goods purchased on the Internet with Yapital have not been delivered within 30 days, if they do not meet expectations, or if products are faulty.
Insurance coverage for Yapital users is part of the strategic partnership, which has now been agreed between Yapital and AXA Assistance.
"You can feel confident shopping with Yapital. This is backed up by our purchase protection with extraordinary cover, provided for free to all Yapital users", says Nils Winkler, Yapital's Chairman of the Board. "We are pleased to have found a partner in AXA Assistance; they understand our needs and can provide our users with tailor-made services."
Luiza Savu-Bürger, Head of Marketing and Customer Management at AXA Assistance Germany, adds: "We are very pleased about the strategic partnership with Yapital. Yapital's services respond to global trends. We also make this claim: Our goal is to develop solutions for our partners to enable them deliver exactly what their customers need. This is exactly what we have achieved with our Yapital purchase protection."
