Yatra Online, Inc. ("Yatra") (NASDAQ: YTRA), one of India's leading online travel companies, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten follow-on offering of 10,350,000 ordinary shares, including 1,350,000 ordinary shares sold pursuant to the underwriters' full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of $5.50 per share. The offering closed on June 26, 2018.

The net proceeds from the offering are approximately $53.0 million. Yatra intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate and business purposes.
Citigroup and Jefferies acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
