ERMCO Congress XVII will take place at the Istanbul Military Museum on June 4th - 5th 2015. Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (THBB) is hosting the Congress.

Yavuz Işık, the President of THBB and ERMCO Board and ERMCO President's Committee Member, said this congress will be of huge importance for Turkey and especially for the ready-mixed concrete industry and continued as follows: "We believe that all the important representatives of the European and worldwide ready-mixed concrete industry will participate in our event. The Congress will be structured in four sessions: sustainability of concrete solutions; contribution of concrete to society; advances in concrete production and use; and marketing and management.
An exhibition regarding materials, products, and equipment related to manufacturing and testing of concrete will also take place during the Congress.
Surendra P. Shah will give a keynote speech on Advances in Concrete Science in the last 50 years at the Congress. He is a Walter P. Murphy Emeritus Professor of Civil Engineering at Northwestern University.
