F24 AG is consolidating its position among European market leaders in the field of high-security notification, alerting and crisis management solutions by acquiring Swiss company Dolphin Systems AG, specialists in alerting and messaging solutions.

F24 AG, one of Europe's leading providers of notification, alerting and crisis management services, today finalized its acquisition of Swiss company Dolphin Systems. The strategic merger will generate valuable synergy effects for both companies with respect to products and marketing. Dolphin Systems AG will retain its company status.

F24's customer roster currently spans over 600 prestigious companies throughout the world. The acquisition of Dolphin Systems AG will boost this customer base to around 850 key accounts. Both companies will benefit from enhanced market access in over 70 countries. The headcount at F24 Group will rise to approximately 80 worldwide, including employees of Dolphin Systems AG.
