One Month to Go Until "Dieselgate" Deadline: SPG Law Urges UK Motorists to Take Action Against VW Over Emissions

Time is running out for more than two million motorists who now have only one month left if they want to make a claim against German carmaker VW, over the "Dieselgate" emissions scandal.

VW owners and former owners could be entitled to up to 100% of the value of their vehicles in one of the largest class actions ever seen, but they must take action before the deadline one month from today.

SPG Law are inviting people who bought a diesel VW, Audi, Skoda or Seat cars car between 2008 and 2015 to join the claim before October 26 2018 on a no win, no fee basis.

SPG Law say they want to fight for the owners of diesel VW, Audi, Skoda or Seat cars who were misled by the VW group and are bringing their 'US approach' to group litigation to UK clients.

They're the sister company of a US firm called Sanders Phillips Grossman, which has already won over $1bn for its clients in the States, against major corporations including Bayer, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson.

Since the discovery of the fraud, VW has paid tens of billions of dollars of compensation and fines in the United States and has paid a €1 billion fine in Germany. Despite this VW has yet to pay any compensation to SPG’s clients who purchased affected vehicles.
